MDA TECHNOLOGIES NAMED ONE OF VIRGINIA’S FANTASTIC 50
Dynamic growth places MDA Technologies amongst winners

Woodbridge, VA – April 27, 2007.  MDA Technologies, a technology firm located in Woodbridge that implements leading edge and proven technologies to improve how mid-sized and growing small organizations do business, was recognized as one of Virginia’s fastest growing companies last night when accepting a “FANTASTIC 50” Award from the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

The FANTASTIC 50 Awards program, now in its twelfth year, has been referred to as a pep rally for entrepreneurs, and rightly so.  The awards are a celebration of hard work, success, and contributions to Virginia’s economy.  Nearly 400 attendees were present at the lovely Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, to cheer on the 2007 winners as they were saluted for their entrepreneurial success and contribution to Virginia's economic vitality.

Created by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce in 1996, the FANTASTIC 50 Awards remain the only awards program that highlight 50 of Virginia’s fastest-growing companies on a statewide basis.  Nominations for the FANTASTIC 50 are sought statewide from local chambers, economic development organizations, small business development centers and through the sponsors networks. To be eligible, companies must be privately held with headquarters in Virginia, and show sales between $200,000 and $100 million. They are judged on a four-year sales revenue history. Verification of all award entries was conducted by the accounting firm of Goodman and Company.
